Cat tree with a litter box enclosure cabinet underneath, 55.1 in (140 cm) tall. Made of 12 mm particleboard with a wood-grain finish and 400 g plush, in Retro Brown or Smoke Gray.
A litter box and a cat tree are the two bulkiest things a cat owner has to fit in, and they rarely look good together, or anywhere.
This piece stacks them. The cabinet hides the litter box behind two louvered doors, your cat goes in through an arched entrance at the left end, and the tree on top gives perches, a basket and a condo on the same footprint.
The cabinet has an arched cat entrance at its left end, two front doors with louvered vent slots and round knobs for cleaning, and an open bay at the right end. The wood-grain surfaces wipe clean with a cloth.
On top, two posts carry two round plush bowl perches, the higher one at the very top of the tree. A deep plush basket hangs on the front post, a plush platform bridges the posts, and a cube condo with a white front, a round opening and a small peephole sits on the right, topped by a short post with three plush branches.

Above the cabinet, your cat climbs the posts to a pair of plush bowls, one of them crowning the 55.1 in (140 cm) tree. On the way there is a deep plush basket, a plush platform and a cube condo with a round door and a small peephole to look out of.
Below, the litter room has its own arched entrance at the left end, so your cat comes and goes on its own.
The litter box goes inside the cabinet, behind two louvered doors that open with round knobs when it is time to scoop. Your cat uses the arched side entrance, and the room shows only a wood-grain cabinet with a cat tree on top.
Stacking both on one footprint frees the corner a separate box and tree would take. The open bay at the right end can hold litter, a scoop or toys, and a quick wipe with a cloth cleans the wood-grain panels.
The cabinet and condo are cut from 12 mm particleboard, finished in Retro Brown or Smoke Gray wood grain. The perches, basket and platform are covered in 400 g plush.
