How to Use
- Soften the mouthpiece in hot (not boiling) water following the included instructions.
- Place it in your mouth and bite gently to mold it to your teeth.
- Cool it in cold water to set the shape.
- Rinse after each use and store it in the case.
Precautions
- Ask your dentist before use if you have loose teeth, dental implants, braces or jaw joint problems.
- Stop using it if you feel discomfort in the teeth or jaw.
