Wall-mounted cat shelf set in pine wood: a 12.4 × 12.4 in (31.5 × 31.5 cm) corner bed with a spindle rail, sold alone or with 2 wall steps, 3 wall steps, 2 cat-head steps or a ladder.
Cats want to be up high, but a tall cat tree takes floor space you may not have, and the top of the bookcase is not a bed.
These shelves use the wall instead of the floor. The corner bed fits into an inside corner, held by a wall plate on each wall, and the steps or the ladder mounted below give your cat its own way up.
The corner bed is a quarter-round pine board with a curved rail of 7 round spindles along its front edge, so your cat can lie at the edge and look down at the room. The boards are 0.6 in (1.5 cm) thick with a smooth surface. Below it, choose the route: flat 7.3 × 3.3 in (18.5 × 8.4 cm) steps on rounded wall plates, 7.6 × 6.8 in (19.3 × 17.3 cm) steps on plates cut in the shape of a cat head, or a 15.7 in (40 cm) ladder with 4 rungs.
Pick your layout: the Observation Deck (corner bed only), Set A with the ladder, Set B with 2 steps, Set C with 3 steps or Set D with 2 cat-head steps. Installation instructions, drill bits and screws are included; you need a handheld electric drill. Pair it with our wall-mounted climbing rope for a longer route.

Your cat gets a resting spot on the wall: a 12.4 × 12.4 in (31.5 × 31.5 cm) pine platform tucked into an inside corner, with a curved rail along the front to lean against or rest a chin on while it watches what happens below.
To get there, Set A adds a ladder with 4 rungs that your cat climbs paw over paw. The other sets replace the ladder with flat wall steps or cat-head steps, so you can match the route to the way your cat likes to climb.
Everything mounts on the wall, so the floor stays free for the bed, the sofa or a reading chair. The corner bed sits in an inside corner on two wall plates, and the wall steps of Set B and Set C hang below it on their own wall plates.
Since every piece is separate, you decide how far apart they go and can lead the route around a window, a door frame or a dresser. Start with the Observation Deck alone, or take 2 or 3 steps for a longer climb. The rail of the corner bed stays the same in every set.
The corner bed, its curved rail, the 7 spindles and the 2 wall plates are cut from pine wood, in boards 0.6 in (1.5 cm) thick with a smooth surface. The set is meant for cats up to 22 lb (10 kg).
Each set ships with its screws, drill bits and installation instructions; the only tool you add is a handheld electric drill, for drywall or a regular wall. Not sure which set to take? The Observation Deck is the corner bed alone. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items.
